Famous hacker group 'anonymous' recently engaged Operation India asking citizens to "trash the current corrupt government and install a new one.", they defaced several Indian government and leading political parties websites spreading there message. Now, on the lines of "Occupy Wallstreet" protests the group is asking citizens to stage peaceful protests all across the country.

The protests are scheduled to be held on June 9, 2012 at 11 major cities of the country – Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Chandigarh, Kanpur, Kozhikode and Kochi.

To spread awareness, protesters are requested to share the message via social networking websites and be a part of this new-age "cyber social activism".
