After adding lots of new features in previous version another major update to popular free instant-messenger Yahoo Messenger 10 is now available for download, the latest version boasts new design enhancements, improved high-quality video calling, new social updates feature and improved language support.
As usual the official website allows you to download the small 365 KB setup stub which eventually downloads the full 16.25 MB setup, but if you want the full offline setup you can grab the download links below.

its not working good for voice chat. only work if both side the same verison like 10.
