While myPNRStatus tracks your Indian Railway PNR number keeping you updated by sending free text-messages directly to your mobile, a new service Traverts takes this to a new level by offering regular free SMS alerts about the status of your ticket booking (PNR tracking), departure/arrival time of your train or flight (to be introduced in near future) on upto five Mobile numbers.
The user just need to input there 10-digit train-ticket PNR no. at http://www.traverts.com/ once with upto five mobile numbers they would like to receive free SMS alerts and the service will send relevant updates like changes in booking status (waitlist, RAC, confirmed etc.) as well as schedule changes in departure and arrival timings.

I used mypnrstatus. It also sends train timings alerts. I think it is mentioned on their homepage. plus you can register unlimited number of phone with same PNR. So what is the difference? I think mypnrstatus.com is better. I will stay away with other copy cats ;)

I used myPNRStatus once. It informed me of the confirmation of my ticket after my train had already left. Also, I dint get any timings alerts. Atleast this system works. Moreover, I dont know how you can call 2 different ideas as a copy cat!!! Are you the representing myPNRStatus.com and trying to keep people away from a better system than yours?
