Indian DTH service provider TataSky offers an handy mobile application - "Tata Sky Mobile", for it's DVR set-top box users allowing them to schedule DVR recordings remotely using their smartphones. Sadly, they do not allow application to be launched on jailbroken iOS or rooted Android devices. However, one can easily bypass this restriction as "case in point" the benefit of a jailbroken/rooted device.

Japanese researchers have created holograms that can be changed by human touch, called Fairy Lights, the new technology can be the future of human-machine interaction in 3 dimension. The holograms were made using femtosecond lasers, a laser that can excite physical matter to emit light in 3D form. The lasers can produce high-frequency pulses, from 1,000 to 200,000 pulses per second depending on the type of laser. Do watch the full demonstration video shared ahead.
