SocketQ Goes Beyond BlueStacks, Lets Android 4.0 Run Natively On PC

BlueStacks would be the most widely known emulator for running Android on Windows PC, and now there is a new entry to this niche named SocketQ's WindowsAndroid. However, there is a HUGE difference between the two - unlike BlueStacks which uses a virtual environment to host Android in Windows environment, SocketQ's WindowsAndroid is a full native port of Android to MS Windows architecture.

Running Android as an native Windows application allow Android to make use of full hardware and
graphics acceleration with high performance media codecs available to Windows PC. This not only offers higher performance but also integration with Windows’ applications like Flash, Windows Media Player, etc. Do checkout the demonstration video below.

WindowsAndroid is Android running with Windows kernel!
It does not run by a simulator (such as VirtualBox), it's on real machine, so it's fast!
It keeps full Android capabilities. You can run all Andorid apps, including 3D games!

Nothing happened I'm still waiting A fake to collect emails ?

I was downloaded and installed the app. It took 4 hours to download the 64MB. Now After installing,
I had tried to run the app. It's showing me the error message:

The procedure entry point GetTickCount64 could not be located in the dynamic link library
KERNEL32.dll

Plz tell me wats gone wrong. I am just irritated after the 4 damn hours, i cant able to run this software. By the by I am using Windows XP SP2 32-bit, with 2GB RAM and Core2 duo processor.

for to run this product without any DLL error just download the latest DIRECTX from microsoft and install it after then install the socketq soft ..... sure it will run without error ....

Installed it and am lost for words..just stunning!!!!!....one qn though...anyone know how to install apps?

Downloaded and installed and its realy awesum software...one qn though..anyone know how to access google play..i wana install some apps!:D

You will need to download APK's manually and place them inside correct folder on "WindowsAndroid" installation dir.

Yh finally did that...but its prety buggy...installed an app but didnt run...just closed suddenly!Cant complain though...it is beta...thnks anyway!

SocketQ's website now offers a program called Windroy instead. It serves the same purpose, runs Android 4.0 on Windows 7 or 8.
