If you ask "Is Google Making Us Stupid?" the answer is "Yes" if Nicolas Carr, the author of book 'The Shallows: What the Internet is Doing to Our Brains' is to be believed. According to Nicolas the internet is making our brains dumber by depriving the exercise it needs, although a recent article published by Carr did used the title "Is Google Making Us Stupid?: What the Internet is doing to our brains" the article is not specifically targeted at Google, but at the whole effect of Internet which has made our lives so much easier negatively impacting our memory retention capabilities.

if it's making me stupid, how
if it's making me stupid, how come when I typed something in the google search engine, it comes out with almost exactly what I was going to type anyway?
Just proves it's not making google users stupid.! :)
Brain cells are dropping like flies
Every time I google anything, I find it. This in turn conditions my behavior to just ask google the for answer rather than figuring out how to investigate and research the question myself. The learning process is bypassed, therefore contributing to further brain atrophe. My IQ is dropping at an alarming rate. As if the alcohol and cell phone wasn't killing enough brain cells, now I'm not even inspired to learn new things on my own. I used to make mensa members look like retards. Now I'm about as brilliant as a state college frat boy the morning after. By next week, I'll barely be able to tie my own shoes! This is awful! Velcro is a hideous look on me!
