Discwizard downloaded nov.22 2007.
Installed on my Dell XPS1330 laptop running Home premium.
Goal is to save/restore images of my system partition.
After stripping Vista, a compressed image is 3,5 GB.
So far so good.

When I try to restore, Vista must be closed down.
A small dos module run the restore. But it is unable to write to my SATAdisc.
I can see that it reads from the USBdrive where the image is, but nothing gets written. I have been waiting more than 30 minutes. Three times....

I imagine that there might be some weakness in my laptop Bios ???
But it is a fresh one, only 1 month old.
Any suggestions ???

have to load the sata drivers? but i wouldnt have a clue how to do that unless installing a fresh install of the OS [press f6 whn it starts copying files]

Acronis true image always help in restore image file. Specially on when i enter the new license key on Spyware Doctor lol.
